  7. Performing all matters related to the Golestan system
  8. Addressing student requests and, if possible, referring them to the Special Cases Commission and the University's Educational Council
  9. Providing weekly schedules to professors
  10. Providing attendance lists to professors
  11. Handling professor recruitment matters
  12. Issuing teaching permits for professors each semester
  13. Issuing teaching competency certificates (Form No. 3)
  14. Providing and, if necessary, changing the user codes of professors and students
  15. Handling adjunct teaching matters each semester for the payment of fees

  21. Handling matters related to withdrawn and expelled students

  23. Registering guest student grades in the system each semester
  24. Recording examination session audio
  25. Printing examination questions for professors
  26. Issuing examination notifications to professors
  27. Conducting examinations completely
  28. Registering courses introduced by the professor
  29. Processing and approving summer semester requests and introducing students to other universities
  30. Processing and approving internship requests
  31. Processing and approving certificates of enrollment and teaching certificates
  32. Reviewing student graduation files and addressing deficiencies
  33. Handling graduate affairs
  34. Printing diplomas and sending them to the province for signature and approval
