Field Monitoring to Enhance Student Satisfaction / Head of the University of Lorestan's Presidential Office Visits the Higher Education Center of Aleshtar

Concurrently with the commencement of the new academic year, Dr. Shahram Rahnama, Director of the President's Office of Lorestan University, with a focus on field supervision and evaluation, visited various stages of student admission, particularly the accommodation of newly admitted students at the Alashtar Higher Education Center, and engaged in discussions with students and their families.

According to the Public Relations Department of Lorestan University, Dr. Shahram Rahnama, while welcoming the newly admitted students of the Alashtar Higher Education Center, which is one of the educational centers affiliated with Lorestan University, also spoke with some of the families of the newly admitted students of this center about their satisfaction with the services provided.

Dr. Rahnama, addressing the students and their families, stated that maximum planning and necessary measures have been considered to provide desirable services to students, especially the accommodation of students in student residences (dormitories).

Furthermore, the Director of the President's Office of Lorestan University visited various facilities located in the student residences of Alashtar and the Higher Education Center.

Dr. Amin Hasanvand, President of the Alashtar Higher Education Center, was also present during this visit and welcomed the newly admitted students and their families.

Dr. Hasanvand explained that through continuous field supervision, efforts are being made to improve the quality of services provided to the students of the Alashtar Higher Education Center, especially newly admitted students, and their satisfaction.
